Terms of Service

Anyone may submit a token for listing via the “Add Token” page. All submissions are subject to:

• A non-refundable listing fee (currently 3 USDT equivalent) to discourage spam.
• Administrative review — we reserve the right to reject or remove any token at our sole discretion.
• Accuracy of metadata — the submitter is responsible for providing correct contract addresses and project information.

Listing a token on DexBooster One does not constitute an endorsement. Users should always do their own research (DYOR) before interacting with any token.

We offer optional paid promotional features:

• Token Boost — pins a token to the top of featured sections for a fixed duration (1h / 24h / 7d).
• Banner Ads — displays a promotional banner image in designated ad slots.

All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Paid promotion does not guarantee any specific trading volume, price action, or user engagement. We may remove promoted tokens that violate these Terms without refund.

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or malicious token contracts (honeypots, rug pulls, etc.).
• Attempt to manipulate trending rankings, volume, or price data.
• Scrape, mirror, or overload our infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any illegal activity, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.
• Impersonate another person, project, or entity.
