1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how DexBooster One (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our Service at dexbooster.one. We collect as little as the site can run on, and this page says what that is.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

DexBooster One is designed to be privacy-preserving. We do not:

  • Require an account or email address to browse the terminal.
  • Track your IP address for advertising or analytics.
  • Sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
  • Custody your wallet keys — we never ask for your private key or seed phrase.

3. Data Stored Locally in Your Browser

The following data is stored in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted to our servers:
  • Watchlist — tokens you've starred for quick access.
  • Whale wallet favorites — whale addresses you've saved in the Wallets Whale page.
  • Theme preference — light or dark mode.

This data stays on your device. Clearing your browser storage removes it permanently.

4. Data You Voluntarily Submit

When you submit a token for listing or connect a wallet, the following is sent to our servers and stored in our database:
  • Wallet address — the public address of the wallet you connect (never the private key).
  • Token contract address & chain — the token you submit.
  • Optional project metadata — name, website, Twitter, Telegram, description that you choose to provide.
  • Submission timestamp — when the token was submitted.

5. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies:
  • Admin session cookie — only set if you log into the admin panel; expires after 7 days.
  • Theme cookie — remembers your light/dark preference (managed by next-themes).

We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

6. Data Sources & Third-Party Services

Market data on the Service — prices, liquidity, volume, and transactions — is read directly from public blockchains and the DEX pools on them, through blockchain nodes and our own indexing infrastructure. The Service may also connect to the following categories of third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:
  • Blockchain nodes & RPC providers — on-chain prices, liquidity, volume, transactions, and wallet balances.
  • Wallet providers (e.g. MetaMask, Phantom) — only when you choose to connect a wallet.
  • Security-audit services — automated on-chain contract safety checks.
  • News feeds — headlines shown on the News Alerts page.

Connecting a wallet or clicking an external link is governed by that third party's terms and privacy policy, not ours.

7. Wallet Connections

When you connect a wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Phantom), the wallet extension communicates directly with your browser. We only receive your public address. We never request, receive, or store your private key or seed phrase. Never share your seed phrase with anyone — DexBooster One staff will never ask for it.

8. Data Retention

  • Token submissions are retained for as long as the token is listed.
  • Admin session cookies expire after 7 days of inactivity.
  • Local browser data is retained until you clear it.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:
  • Clear your local data at any time via your browser settings or the Settings page.
  • Disconnect your wallet at any time via your wallet extension.
  • Request deletion of token submissions you made (contact us via the website).

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, please contact us so we can remove it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
